On Tuesday in Phoenix, a 41 year old father was arrested for possible attempt in manslaughter or child abuse after he left his toddler in the car on a very hot day (90 degrees) which resulted in the death of the 2 year old. Detectives say that the father last name Koryor, fell asleep in his house after buying alcohol and heavily drinking and pretty much forgetting about it child in the car. The mother found the toddler unresponsive in the backseat of the vehicle a couple hours later. He was then brought the hospital but died. There were signs of struggle to escape the car. The judge posted a $50,000 bail.  In court, the father was hysterically crying saying he didn't have money to post bail. The judge requested that either way he is absolutely not allowed to drink at all in the house he is currently staying for the safety of his family as well as for himself.
